"I've been designing houses now for almost 20 years in Los Angeles and New York. After a start as a professional photographer and fine art painter, I got into the business unexpectedly and found myself falling in love with it. My goal is to bring beauty, warmth, and style to clients' homes, using my expertise to elevate them to higher levels while honoring who they are.
I find great joy in transforming a space. Mix the unexpected, add pops of color, combine vintage and modern furniture, and place art to bring it all together. It's a wonderful process that's like a dance--bringing the threads of style together to make one big piece of art that is a home.
Services range from total renovations to tailored smaller projects.
New construction and layout design includes detailed selection of tile, paint, furniture, pillows, and lighting.
I can also come in and change things up, add a few new pieces or a Gillian Design Revamp!
